On Saturday on the way to the beach. Super friendly people. Although I was early, they had coolers with drinks and a beautiful covered terrace. Did the pulled pigs have tacos on ducks fat tortillas, pork ribs, not your mother? chorizo sausages and sides. All fantastic and I say that as someone who lives 1mi of Tr*th. What Robert Tabb doesn't like about Smokin' Z's Bbq.:
The brisket and ribs are the most tender I've had. The ribs actually fall off the bone. I personally wasn't big on the flavor of the meats though. But from looking at the reviews I must be the weird one. Lol They also only take and complete one order at a time before moving to the next customer. This seems to be a slow way of doing things.
