This is one of the nicest dive-bars I've ever been to. It might not look like much from the outside, but it's clean, friendly, has a great beer and cocktail selection, and the food is good too. The garlic burger is good, the fries are crispy, and the chili is about on par with Wendy's. The burger patties are slightly thicker than a smash-style burger, so get a double if you're really hungry. View all feedback.

There’s a crazy statistic about over 80% of business failing after two years. What does that say about a place celebrating their 70th anniversary? They have a VERY small menu. Which should tell you one thing: they know what they’re good at and they do it well. I got the single garlic burger which is actually 1&1/3 patties on a fantastic French hoagie roll. Fries are solid.
