Friendly staff a clean restaurant. These chilli's is not like most iv were also, they are short employees and wait lines are long. Food was good, although my pasta sauce was more on the water side and was not very tasty, the service was on it. Our server was very nice to my guys and he's been checking us all the time. The overall experience is difficult to measure. On one hand, the service was timely, the waiter was polite and attentive. However, on the other, the delivery of the order wasn't as satisfying. The dining area is well kept, the music isn't too loud, and the ambiance is well sustained. I've had better experiences and have been a customer for many years and intend to continue being one. Ordered dinner to go tonight..full rack of ribs my husband enjoyed as always! I ordered the chicken and waffles but when I went in to pick up order the chicken wasn't plain as I asked for.Jasmine was so great and told me not to worry. They fixed the order for me in a timely manner and Jasmine brought it out to me. She was very helpful,polite and kind! Great qualities when worker with customers! Thanks again!!
I have to eat. The steak medium ordered. When I came home to eat the steak ws quite black and was so finished that I couldn't even eat it
Love it!! Good and the food so delicious ..has a great time with family and my son's birthday.. People very nice over there.

We love Chili's! Tho the food is the same at every restaurant.. unfortunately, the service and quality isn't! Definitely give this Chili's a 5 star review! We waited less than 5 minutes to be seated, our waiter was super friendly and very attentive, and our food came out hot, fresh, and delicious!
