Initially they told us our food would be a 45 minute wait, I thought OK fine. However, after 45 minutes the server comedically tells us that it will be another 45 minute wait. I don't think the restaurant prepares take-out orders prior to you arriving, creating wait times that should certainly send you to any of the other 8 Mexican restaurants in Yucca Valley. The current menu may be expanded on site to include seasonal specialties and weekly recommendations. In addition to a variety of meals, the menu also offers a variety of beverages and typical house dishes. Additionally, the menu also takes into account dishes and ingredients that have been commendably highlighted by customers, even if these have not yet been entered.
