possibly the best new opening in hk in years. new in an incredible new venue with all upgrade. the exterior, the high ceilings, the location, the decoration creates an amazing mood, which is further improved by setting the personal. they are customer centered. that is world class, and hk deserves and needed such a place. but the best part of the pcl must be the award-winning French friries! well done.
