This restaurant was opened for a very long time. The decor and the tables have not changed since I was small, but there is always a nostalgic feeling when I stop eating when we go to Hawaii to visit. We did have a horrible experience ordering the food, we could not see what we what have ordered even it was written in the boxes, nothing looked like it; food was cold, portions were small for the price we paid, the plates we ordered were not really cheap... Authentic plate lunch food, no potato in their Mac Salad, big portions, well priced, local owned

Loved this place. It was a two mile walk from our hotel and well worth the experience. We had a reservation which was smart because it's small and closes at 8. The food was real, delicious, authentic. We slurped down Kailua pig, laulau, lomi salmon, coconut pudding, and mochi.
This restaurant has been opened for a VERY, VERY long time. The food us always fresh abd so ONO DELICIOUS . The decor and tables hasn't changed since I was little but it always gives me a nostalgic feel when I stop by to eat there when we go home to Hawaii to visit. Lots of wonderful memories here.
