We had dinner at Feldwebel early October and had a nice time. The staff is welcoming and friendly (sometimes rare in Austria... , the dishes are both traditional and/or more modern, with a creative approach, and the wine selection features some good picks from different regions...of the country. Out of 6 nights I've been here dinner has been a buffet on 3 occasions. I come to a hotel in order to be served at my table not scrapping about in the bottom of buffet bowls. The food service is not 4 star and the amount of wine they serve in a wine glass is about half you would get in the UK. Breakfast is equally unadventurous.
