"We use your takeaway delivery service about twice a year, normally our experience is 5 star all the way, however last night we found the food below the normal standard, the Chicken tasted old and re-heated, and the Korma sauce/Gravy was watery and lacking taste, rice however was good, and delivery driver friendly, I hope this is just a one off bad night, food was always delightful from here, makes me wonder if the restaurant has new owners? "What a great find. The pub has a lovely atmosphere and very friendly staff. The food is excellent, offering all local produce. The different meat dishes were all looking very tasty. To start, we had the charcuterie, with various pickles, absolutely delicious. I had the 'pub pie ', which was beef and Stilton, my wife had the deer steak. Both were beautifully cooked and presented. The pub offers a number of smoked meats for sale, which they produce themselves. The waitress was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would thoroughly recommend The Kings Arms for excellent food and atmosphere."
