"Haven't had a chance to visit for a while, but I thoroughly enjoyed my return, which I celebrated with a delicious pile of soft fluffy pancakes served with crisp bacon and lashings of maple butter, and a very well-flavoured decaffeinated coffee. Still the same cosy relaxed atmosphere, staff were friendly and attentive, and I hope to visit again soon."

"Recommend this wonderful, family-run Indian restaurant. from the beginning was the service, the atmosphere and the love to detail fantastic. it really felt like a home away from home experience. with wonderfully authentic, different and domestic eating, there is no doubt that love and think goes into any dish. if they are a lover of Mango-Cutney, this is the place for them with a 13 seasonally infused chutney to our favorites. for me I appreciate a restaurant on three main aspects: taste, atmosphere and worth. manjus gets 10/10 for all three. thanks to the family and the team for a great evening!"

"We spent an evening at the Fig Tree for a birthday celebration this is a gem of a restaurant. The food was spectacular and cooked to perfection. The pictures speak for themselves. The wine flight was well paired and very reasonably priced. Would absolutely recommend! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner"

"I've been coming here on and off for many a year now visiting for lunch with my elderly mum. My mum complains about everything, all the time, but has never said anything negative about The Orchard Cafe, so that says something in itself. I opted for the Orchard potatoes with added bacon, whilst mum mum went for fresh pancakes. Mum said they were delicious, and enjoyed her Americano. As always, my potatoes were spot on. I had a mocha, and they are slightly on the bitter side, but I like them like that sometimes. Service is always friendly and polite, whilst it is always really clean. Food is always very good with pricing reasonable."

"So glad we found this shop as the food was amazing and the choice for vegetarians was brilliant. We were the last customers (tip don’t turn up just before closing time as they stop serving maybe 20 25 mins before to give them time to get existing orders out) and I’m so glad we just got there in time. Massive portions, crispy batter, freshly cooked food with a fun (slightly zany) atmosphere. Haddock, goujons, calamari , halloumi and onion rings were fabulous eaten on the beach just a 5 min walk away."
