faster, efficient service, friendly staff and hot, tasty eating. when we went, it was very busy, but the staff was constantly cleaning and managing the waiting queues well. we are going into the newer Guildford area, where customers are treated like garbage, so this was a refreshing change. well done and thank you! we come back! What macrandolph doesn't like about Mcdonalds:
We stopped here for some food one evening. The automated system is complicated, and we had to wait a while for someone in front of us to work out how to use the automated menu ordering system. Because it took so long for the person in front of us I could see that it was not easy we decided to order the old way from the counter service instead.
