"My husband and I ordered online and it took my money, but didn't send my order. After a few calls to check if they receive my order, the manager showed me very patiently how my money would be returned at the end of the day and still helped me get my food for an even better price. I'm so happy. A big problem occurred and she treated it like a BOSS. Love this subway!"
