Empire Café - Houston

Busy at brunch time, but fast service. Good size portions and several vegetarian options. Pet friendly.

I enjoy coming here because of the great and fast service. There aren’t many cafes that have great food and coffee. Empire certainly does a great job at this. The outdoor seating is very cozy! Plus they have a did friendly patio.

My favorite place. I love the design. I love that it has a nice area to dine outside. The staff is very likable and friendly. The food is always fresh. Everything on the menu is portioned perfectly. I am at this restraint quite often. It’s a great place to l take your laptop and sip on a cappuccino as you work. The only thing I would add would be a live guitar player on weekends or evenings to make the experience that much better. Parking: Parking is available for free behind the restaurant and across the street

Had a great brunch at EMPIRE CAFE in Houston, Texas. This cute cafe has everything from breakfast classics of frittatas and Italian toast, to lunch options of paninis and pizza, and a dinner menu with chicken parmesan and pan-seared salmon. For breakfast, my favorite was the açaí bowl which is flavorful and light. This was the perfect brunch stop and we sat outside next to a large greenery wall that kept the area feeling cool comfortable.

Been coming here since I was a kid in the 2000’s. Just fantastic. I always get the shakshookah (spelling is off srry)
