Nice outdoor beach stop! Friendly service! We had the Connecticut lobster roll with butter! The haddock plate was plentiful and delicious! So very tasty!!

We were seated right away on a Sunday, the waitress we had was great! We split the 24? lobster roll between 5 people and it was a generous portion for everyone...

"Schooners is an excellent local restaurant with friendly service, reasonable prices, and most importantly, GREAT food. I eat everything, my wife is a bit picky, but this place is on our short list of go-to places for a great meal. I have to start with the clam chowder. It is in my top three I have ever had. Plenty of clams, never a glop of flour, creamy, and the potatoes are in the right size chunks. Their claim to Fame is seafood, and they consistently crank out well prepared dishes. The shrimp and scallop stirfry is one of my favorites. Give it a try, you won 't be disappointed. FYI...my rank is a class ranking. I am not comparing this to a fine dining establishment with a 500 year old wine cellar and snobby staff that think it is your privilege to be there. The tables and chairs are dark wood, paper placemats, etc. But the important stuff like, you know, the food and service? They are excellent."

"Something different about this location. The Regina's at the station, quincy market and malls are not even in the same ball park as far of quality and taste good. If you go here if it's dinner time on a weekend you will wait for unto an hour. Is it worth it. There is always a security bouncer so they will let you in. Everything you can order will knock your socks off. It's a historic building so it's small and cramped but cool."
