What User likes about Rio Grande Tex Mex:
Best margaritas and Mexican food around!! The bar service is not always great, but the waitstaff always is. I highly recommend the grande dip and pretty much any of the margaritas on the menu. It's unfortunate the Pflugerville location has sold out to new ownership as the restaurants, drink menu and food menu are not even comparable. What User doesn't like about Rio Grande Tex Mex:
Food is unsalted and meh at best. I ordered the chicken enchiladas plate and the chicken was a little tough and the enchilada sauce was sweet (it's not supposed to be sweet), rice and beans were unsalted. Even for Tex Mex it seems most of their sauces come from cans. Service was attentive. Not worth the money we spent for two View all feedback.
