"The food is delicious. Short ribs are tender and the burger is cooked perfectly. Took 2 stars off because of the waitresses. Our waitress (bartender) is very nice and did her best. It's just that she is too busy for too much responsibility. On the other hand, another waitress who was free enough to chat with the receptionist, showing her nails polish and looking at her phone then take out orders. We sat there for over 15 mins with our menu on the table but still no one took our order. They also let our food sit under the lamp for quite a while. I guess it's not going to hurt to bring it to us (literally 2 steps) even if you are not the one who takes our tips."

"BEST BURGER ON THE CAP??? We loved this place, beautiful outdoor seating on this Hyannis High Street gem. The staff was so beautiful for our visit and really made us feel part of the family. We had dumplings to start and then a burger, all perfectly cooked. Great selection of drinks makes KKaties 100% worth a visit if you are looking for one of the best burgers on the Cape! AMBIENCE see pictures, but this is a great place, cool bar with many seats, large selection of beer wine and more SERVICE Staff were so awesome, have our cocktail? quickly our dog immediately got a bowl of water?! FOOD fried dumplings were great, Burgers really hit the place. We were asked how we wanted them and we? re recommended pink in the middle, they came exactly as desired and wow!!! SUMMARY that the staff really made the difference here, they could not have been more kind or more attentive. We will surely be back!!!"

"Eating is in order fresh, and competently prepared and presented. However, I find most employees quite unfriendly. Last time I was eating there, I asked for a place at the bar, where only another one was fed in gas. my waiter has assigned me a place on the door where he was scarf and generally unpleasant. I had to sneak in and felt uncomfortable. but when another waiter noticed my discomfort, he pulled me on two places where the things were much better. my latest experience: I ordered on the phone from the menu on their website for a pickup. the price was listed at $155. shortly before I went to pick up, I got a call from them and told me that the price was increased with immediate effect to $175 and that they would add 18% service fee. the ton of the lady on the phone was short and rude. I canceled my order. in future I will take my business after misaki in hyannis."

"It was a Friday night, the place was packed, and we didn’t have reservations. The hostess found a table in the corner for us and we had an amazing meal: fried calamari (tender, not chewy! , ravioli, chicken Marsala, and chicken Parmesan. Our only regret was we were too full for dessert!"
