Cooks clearly don't understand food safety. Hot water served in plastic cups even when they have ceramic cups to serve it in. When I politely pointed out that it was toxic and I'd like to have hot water in a ceramic cup, they simply poured the toxic water into a ceramic cup. I just gave up and didn't use the water.
