D'railed - Idaho Falls

What User likes about D'railed:
Cute little restaurant just across from downtown proper. Large selection of top end beef, including Australian hybrids wagyu and real japanese. The wine list is small but focused for a steak house, focused mostly on Californian, except for the Champagnes. The markups on the wine are VERY reasonable, essentially what you?d pay at retail. Update: Owner replied to my emails and I just never saw them. Adjusting review. We did not end up taking Jay up on the offer. A little claustrophobic, the service was a little slow due to how busy it was, (Mother's day weekend). The steak and lamb chop lollipops were cooked really well.
