The Hotel setting is lovely as are the self catering cottages but not convinced by the restaurant. I have only eaten there once and perhaps they had a bad night. At £30 a head for a fixed menu selected in advance I expected better than ok food and expected what we had pre-ordered two days before not changes, frozen food and salad on hot plates for example.
