The largest medium pizzas we have ever gotten! A little pricey but when you realize how big the pizzas are, it makes sense. Made fresh. We enjoyed it.

"Stopped in for supper while staying in the area. Service was fast and friendly. The food was excellent, and served in a timely manner. My husband had a couple of (simple) requests, and they were happy to accommodate him. Servings were large (there was more meat in my lasagna than I could eat). Can't wait to try more items on the menu."

"Horrible food and even worse service. The place closes at 8 as all restaurants do we got there about 7:10 there were a couple tables left when we arrived . It was obvious this young lady didn't want to wait on us. She took our food order which was Salmon, baked potato and a side salad. Pretty simple .. it came out with Salmon, carrots and a salad. she never asked what kind of dressing I wanted or refilled the tea glass. I know this sounds silly but it was almost 60.00 and I don't eat carrots "

"Had a lovely breakfast at this warm cafe. The owner kindly opened an hour early for us and was cheery and welcoming. I discovered the delicious Pannekoek of Holland, which was amazing! In addition to great food and conversation, I met two of the sweetest cats you'll find. A must see!"

"Reasonably priced. Excellent haddock served with fries and coleslaw. The usual coleslaw served at most restaurants which is sweet and prefer the acidity rather sweetened. Pleasant staff. We ordered 'take out ' and even though the restaurant was extremely busy; the staff were very patient. Even though the clam strips were not dry, I would not order them again. As with all clam strips, some are the size of a dime. Otherwise, look forward to having the haddock again."

"We stayed two nights at this beautiful remote setting. We booked the culinary experience with Earling and her assistant Andy. They really are a two terrific individuals, and our experience was quite an adventure. we were making bread in the morning when an unexpected power...outage cut out power to the entire area. So we went to market in town, and then went Chantrella mushrooms on their wooded property. Power came on early in the evening and we resumed our culinary experience by helping out in the kitchen. It was not what we really expected, but it wound up be good food and a nice little challenge for all of us. We would not have traded the experience for anything! The dinner was fun (and good), and breakfast both mornings was excellent."

"We stumbled on this little wayside eatery place as we were driving around Cape Breton. Brought back memories of the yummy fish and chips we experienced in Brittain! Also had scallops, which were equally tasty. Moe, the owner, is a delightfully laid back, funny guy who added to the ambiance. The seating is outdoors on tree stumps or at small tables, so the atmosphere is truly casual. Thoroughly enjoyed and worth the stop!!"

"My wife, my colleague and I recently had a wonderful vegetarian dinner in the cabot shores wilderness resort. the owners, paul and barbara, were super friendly and eating was extremely good. we recommend visiting the cape breton island to visit its excellent bistro."

"We're here on vacation up from southern New Brunswick. Never had this style of food before, and it was amazing.Great view, cute spot, very friendly and welcoming atmosphere and food is a great price and hits the spot!"
