We very much enjoyed our meals at Ambrosia on a busy Saturday night, when service moved smoothly and the food was great. I particularly liked the spaghetti al limone with shrimp, which was new for me, as well as my limoncello spritzer. We visited on a Tuesday at 6pm and there was no posting, nothing on the internet, etc saying they were closed. We were there within the hours.
