"All Chick-fil-a sites are really nice, but I always have a great experience, especially at this place of the restaurant here in bolingbrook. you eat is really good and definitiw one of the best. but I am not happy to go in here, not only because of the food, but of course also the customer service. it is safe to say that their customer service is amazing. the personal is just so nice, friendly and helpful. every employee I spoke to here was in every amazing situation and accommodating. it would always be a long line in the car through, but it is in the ground normal. I can still eat my fresh and hot, perfect and definitely accurate, so I don't really complain if there is a long line. geduld is really a virtuous. the eating is so good from this restaurant, and it is worth the waiting. eating is always fresh and hot, while the drinks are always cold and also taste fresh, especially their freshly roasted ice cream. I love that drink beside her eating, especially her spicy deluxe sandwich. I recommend this place of Chick-fil-a."

"We went asked for a table party of 4. Our friends joining us called us to let us know they will be late. The server Dennis was very nice and courteous but the place is terrible. It was dark, tiny booth, dirty bathrooms. We told the hostess we are happyto leave since our friends out going to be late and she told us it is ok! 5 mins later the owner rushes to our booth in a veryangry manner, grabs our menus and ordered us to wait outside till our friends come. We were humiliated by the owner and we werethe ones that offered to leave!! Do not go to this place. This owner knows nothing about customer service and the place out isnot worth your Sunday to ever eat there!!"

For a to-go soup smoothie, I should?ve gone to Panera Breadinstead. Same price. I?d expect better quality minimally."

"Finally got to checkout this coffee shop. I was pleased with the aesthetics, cute (small inside) there are two comfy couches, bar stools, and maybe 4 tables. The pasties were great! I loved that they had merchandise from local vendors and small business owners. First, I wanted the rose latte it looked so pretty on instagram and I was told it was seasonal (boo). Little disappointed with the service, second I ordered a vanilla latte it was terrible. I asked the cashier for a different one and they looked at me like I was on crack. I came for the latte art, and thought the coffee would be put in a regular mug it wasn't. I probably shouldn't expect chicago service or vibes from Plainfield and maybe I'll give them another try one day."
