"I first went to Flagship Eatery a couple of years ago and had one of the most memorable brunches of my life. I've been gagging to go back, but I'm sad to say my expectations were not met second time around when we attended on Saturday afternoon. While we do allow for covid-related staff shortages etc, there were plenty of staff on for end-of-day service. We were greeted with no warmth when we walked in, and throughout our lunch. We ordered our lunch, and waited 45 minutes for our food to show. The staff didn't engage with us when we politely asked if our food would be coming soon, offered no additional service (asking about the meal, apologising for the delay etc) and while the food was delightful, the service really tainted the experience. Unfortunately it was a really uncomfortable lunch, which was a shame after the initial experience a few years back."
