"Came here this evening our last night in Inverness,worst mistake I have ever made . Shown to our table given menus,drinks and food ordered . The bar man had to serve our drinks. The food sat on the pass for 8 minutes whilst the waiter spoke to people at the door ignoring the bar man when told there was food to serve,food still on the pass after the kitchen had rang the bell for the 10th time the chef ended up serving us our food . The company needs to look into staff training,you want some help just ask ,37 years in the hospitality industry if my staff were like that young man he'd be gone !!!!"

"My daughter Lesley treated me to afternoon tea with champagne. The staff were very welcoming and even complimented on how lovely we looked. They even joked that they would hire us as wedding guests for future events as we looked so nice. The staff were attentive but not intrusive. We were left to enjoy our afternoon tea. There was no pressure as to how long we stayed. It was a lovely relaxing afternoon in beautiful surroundings. The afternoon tea goodies were delicious. It's certainly something I would do again and would have no hesitation in recommending to friends and family."
