Step away from ramen and pho for a bit and treat yourself to a new kind of noodle dish. This is a regional menu and it offers combinations not found anywhere else. Broths are piping hot and you assemble your soup at the table with fresh ingredients. The mala pork chop noodles are amazing! But I CRAVE that spicy beef salad... Just watched my friend get turned down from trying to order from this restaurant just because he couldn't speak Chinese when the servers spoke English. I have never experienced anything like this yet. Horrible place. View all feedback.
