we stayed at mermaid hotel for 3 weeks. to ipswich from Western Australia. for a family meeting after 29 years. we could not mistake the service we received. everyone was so helpful and friendly, the carvery was excellent value for money.and breakfast was included in our cost of the room. the only complaint we had was that there was no slipmat in the bathroom, so we had to buy one. we will come back next year. would...
