What User doesn't like about Dunkin':
This is one of my regular stops on the way into the office. Don't come here if you're in a hurry. They seem to always be understaffed and backed up with drink orders. The screen showing the order queue is pretty useless. It seems to be on a set timer for each order instead of displaying the actual completion of your order. The quality of their drinks and food are on par for any Dunkin' you'll come across. View all feedback.
