We were lucky to arrive on the 2nd day of this new restaurant, and we were the first big group (>10) to test the kitchen.There was still a bit of nervousness and confusion around the new place and the new people working the pans and tables, BUT the food was good and wines superb.The best parts were the fresh meat from recently hunted deer by the employee, and the exclusive fois gras. The restaurant is very beautiful and the staff is helpful, polite and very well dressed. The food and wine are very expensive. The food is gourmet and the dishes are too small and you will need to take a course that is cost more than €100 per person and at the end you will feel like you didn't eat.
