Having lunch…very disappointing. Ordered chicken wrap, received cheese and salad loaded with one small piece chicken. Notifed staff who indicated there is a piece of chicken. Very sad, I've eaten here before, never had issues. It's obvious the quality standards have dropped. Very disappointing. My daughter had to leave her wrap uneatten. read more.

Staff are always friendly and the drinks are delicious. I would definitely recommend the coco Loco to friends and family.
