I had one of the worst experience ever, and I’ve been to a lot of coffee shops and I work in one. The staff were so rude and the blueberry muffin was one of the worst I’ve ever eaten. The iced white chocolate tasted like burnt milk. I normally don’t complain but I’ve never experienced such in my life. read more.

I'm watching one of your staff eat sandwich filling with a fork and using the same fork after it goes into her mouth to make sandwiches. Disgusting.
