Couldn’t have done anymore for us. Dale the manager is a star. We were stuck in an accident and didn’t arrive to check in until 1am and he made sure we were not stuck out in the cold. Beautiful rooms so warm and cosy, breakfast was lovely and he even dropped me down a complimentary cappuccino after breakfast when I was stuck on work calls. Will most definitely be back.
