Straight down the middle with the courses, everything was good kind of what’d you expect. Nothing crazy wild/innovative, they played it safe. The wine pairing was also solid no complaints. "Great food and lovely staff. Stayed in a single in main building then double in the wing behind. Staff were friendly and helpful especially when music was left on loud in staff house at back (they went up and turned it off). Would definitely stay again. "The receptionist in this hotel was attentive and friendly, although I could not find accommodation because everything was completely booked. the cappuccino and the resulting three hours that I spent until the finish were pleasant and I was impressed by their level of professionalism and the way they treated ten questions and inquiries. the restaurant and the pub were packed and the people stopped looking for a place that seems to be the place in portree."
