"Only perfect for a movie. great screen and sound, lots of space and very friendly staff to help with the arrival. the seats were large enough, but not quite as comfortable as some of the larger cinemas now, but I will not allow that to even stand out. cafe and shop are also well equipped."

"This review is not about the food, which was just okay, but about the rude, silly way we were treated, through no fault of our own. Here 's the brief scenario: 1. Looking for quick seafood meal. It was 3:50PM and the sign in front said Open until 4:30PM. 2. The four of us entered the shop. The sign said to order and pay at the front counter and you would be called when your food was ready. 3. Two of us went to the counter to order, while the other two made a mad dash to the bathroom. A very nice lady took our order and gave us a buzzer that would go off when the meal was ready. After ordering, the two of us went to the bathroom, passing our friends who were headed to the counter to order their meals. 4. When we returned from the bathroom, our friends told us that the restaurant was closed and that we would need to eat somewhere else. I said But that 's not possible. We just ordered and we 're waiting for our food. There was a sign at the counter that said that the restaurant was closed (it was 4PM, not 4:30PM as advertised . 5. A man who identified himself as the owner came out and I very nicely explained the situation to him and asked if my friends could get in their order with ours. He said absolutely not, that the restaurant was closed. He said that he had a very long drive home and was not going to stay open a second beyond 4:00PM. Although there was no yelling or other confrontational exchange, we were just beside ourselves with this ridiculous situation. 6. Our food was ready in about 5 minutes. The two of us sat there, eating our oysters and Fish Chops, while tour friends left the restaurant to search for food elsewhere. This whole experience was so atypical to the rest of the positive dining experiences we had on the Isle of Skye. Certainly not the warm, friendly Scottish hospitality we had come to expect. Based on this experience, I would strongly advise folks to look elsewhere for a meal. Please don 't patronize an establishment that would treat customers like this."
