Great hotel in a great place. Just mins drive from Elgol which is so scenic and a must for any visitors. Staff where great here too and lovely food.

"You know about vegan options. We had Americans with oat milk, killing a tomato soup. The soup came with bread roll (hot) and vegan butter. Also on the menu were veggie fritters, and a Risotto We also had 2 slices of their carrot pistachio cake, which was absolutely delicious. I forgot to take a picture. They told me they always have at least 1 vegan 1 gluten-free cake"

"Needed to book in advance as VERY popular but well worth getting ahead of the crowds. Food was fantastic (recommend the prawns if you can deal with the size of them good warming fish pie and quality sticky toffee pudding, and great locally brewed beer...to wash it down with. Staff were really friendly, and the atmosphere was cosy and friendly sit by the fire if you can. Overall great stop on the North Coast"
