What Cookie Santamaria likes about Copper Canyon Cafe:
Great food. We went for lunch around 11:45 on a Friday. There was a little wait (under 10 minutes). Our server was really nice, but quite busy. It took a while for her to come back after we asked for more time to look over the menu. We ordered a wrap with onion rings and the enchiladas. Both were tasty and good portions. Went here for lunch with some family and friends. Took a while to get seated and it didn’t seam very busy. The waitress was attentive but not super friendly. It was good! Not great but definitely good. I would recommend their Green Chile over their Red Chile. I had the Veggie Skillet with Chicken and I really enjoyed it, so just wish the Red Chile was more flavorful.
