today I ordered the creole hamburger steak (good) with potato and green beans....what I got was a cold regular hamburger steak (medium rare) with no kartoffeln and no green beans. the photo clearly shows my order written on the ticket what she chose to give me. I paid for this lection. read more.

The fries had a shredded texture and tasted like a mop of salt and grease. Icouldn't eat them. The others in my party had salads which seemed like a better option.
