"Wir waren vor längerer Zeit im Löwen. Vor allem Familienfeste werden da gefeiert. In der Wildsaison ist der Löwen besonders zu empfehlen. Den Wildhasen gibt es wirklich nirgends so lecker wie im Löwen. Der Jus passt perfekt, er überdeckt nicht das Gericht, sondern unterstützt es. Wirklich wunderbar. Die klassischen Beilagen sind super. Speziell die Spätzli sind der Kracher. Ich liebe es leicht salzig. Gratulation zu so einer einfachen aber umso besseren Küche. Ich meine es also als Kompliment wenn ich sage. Das schmeckt wie bei Grossmutter"

"We had arrived at the hotel unexpectedly... long story! Needed somewhere to eat so here it was! The husband enjoyed a chicken cordon bleu, whilst I enjoyed the farmers sausage, with rosti! oh, the rosti.... I want some now! on the menu the sausage is...offered with potato or fries. Lucky for me they were very obliging when I asked instead for the rosti! Being Switzerland... everything is expensive. We found these meals to be of reasonable value for what we enjoyed."

"We found this restaurant because a local tipped us. Its located nearby CS/HBF . The welcome was warm and they explained their formula, not so many choises, but only one menu. The host was friendly and tried tot give us the best experience. This restaurant...is definately no standard touristtrap. Super ingrediënts, prepared in open kitchen. Payed for two courses and few glasses wine, Chf. Highly reccommanded of you prefer quality gastronomy"
