not what I'm used to at stone peak. service was not great. perhaps it was new, but not very perceptible to our needs. it was not familiar with the menu or what could be available. ordered a martini, which is in the normal location, but this was not very drinkable and she did not seem to notice that I ordered a glass wee with my martini still the half there. bison strip lind was pretty good, but the sweet was very dry... Out of the 4 dining experiences here, this was disappointing. Duck entree increased $5.00 per plate since Feb, mussels for appetizers are off the menu, we asked...

"We had been travelling Canada for three weeks and this was by far our worst dining experience. The staff were young and seemed inexperience as we placed our order. We asked if we could have mashed potatoes instead of fries and they didn't know, looked...at each other then had to ask someone. We received our meal, and once we were home, noticed we didn't get all that was ordered but decided it was a hassle to go back. Also the chicken was not crispy, greasy like it had been sitting there all day and didn't taste at all like the KFC we're used to. For two orders of 4 pieces and a side with a drink came to $27C which was pricey for fast food that wasn't at all good to eat. A total disappointment."

"McDonald's fries are the best but only if they are fresh and fresh they were for my visit to this McDonalds. But what really stood out were the staff. They were exceptionally friendly and I appreciate that. Kudos to this McDonalds and their staff!!!"

"Mr. Mike's, I decided this evening to give your restaurant a try again... and once again I was super disappointed. Wednesday at 6:30ish PM, you should be having your dinner rush like most restaurants. I walk in, no one at the front. I look left then right, it isn't very busy. No more than 15 people. I see the ladies standing in back talking, we make eye contact.. they're busy.. so I patiently wait... and wait.. 13 minutes go by, my bladders about to pop, so I walk to the washroom... walking by the girls, smiling.. they're still talking about whatever.. finish in the bathroom walk back to the front... still no one there, I wait... and wait.. finally having a seat. They're busy they know I'm here.. at least I think...I don't know why I didn't walk to McDonald's.. almost 30 Minutes of waiting... Finally I get seated... at a Booth.. furthest from the entrance, but not before walking past 2 dirty tables.. just to be sat at another dirty table. I get drink, I look at the menu, I order a appy. Came out looking delicious, it was put on the table and the waitress said enjoy walking away...I didn't have any utensils, no napkins.. just me my drink and my appy. Again I did that thinking thing... figured she'd be right back with some chop sticks at least... I was so Hungry a tooth pick would have worked..nope.. I got nothing... she was gone, I finished my drink and waited.. She brings me my dinner, and asks if I needed anything else.. I look at the table.. and ask for a fork.. she apologizes and brings me a fork lol but yet no napkin? Haha Let's talk about her body odour... and I know I'm not the only one who noticed.. I'm not sure if she's new or what the deal was.. but if she's new.. your management really dropped the ball on training. Food wasn't horrible, steak tasted a bit funny, but I haven't had a steak in a while.. so maybe it me."
