Jay’s is the only game in town when it comes to authentic Vietnamese food. I usually go for the eye round pho or the brisket pho. The broth is delicious and the noodles are plenty. They don’t skimp on the meat served in the soup either. Ask for a little chili paste for your soup and add just a dab for a premium experience. I go every Friday (at least). The atmosphere is clean and the ambient music is not overwhelming... View all feedback.
What Tigers 4thewin doesn't like about J Cafe Boba Tea Sandwich:
Mid. Only ever come here because it's the only boba tea option in town. Compared to other boba cafe's in Columbia, the boba here are hit or miss. For the drinks: most of the time the boba itself is not fresh and the consistency feels like marshmallows. You get a lot of boba AND a lot of ice with very little of the drink so after 2 minutes of sipping all you have is ice on top of old boba. Service: slow, and compared... View all feedback.
Went there and they are so friendly! The drinks were so yummy, got a strawberry smoothie with boba!
Last night for dinner I had the signature bowl for the first time and the spring rolls.OMG it was so delicious and flavorful.Parking: Easy close parking

Good bobba tea. Pho is average. Gluten free options are available.
Customer service is dry and unfriendly. The young dude at the register was young and spoke English but he was blah. The lady who delivered our food (very quickly) was nice but couldn't speak English. The phone was ringing off the hook but she couldn't help. The dining room has been remodeled and is now clean, open, modern, and relaxing. The bowl of pho was delicious, the broth was clean and hot, but it was $15! Sadly, some of the herbal leaves were black wilted. My bowl of grilled pork and noodles was killer but it was also $15.2 fried egg rolls were $6, delish, but pricey AF.Traditionally, a bowl of pho is supposed to be a rather cheap bowl of hot soup w/veggies and noodles. I know that prices for everything has exploded but damn.Unfortunately, this will be more of a special night out instead of dropping in a couple times a week.
