Poor activities, no food choice and unhelpful staff. When we checked in, front desk did not inform us that we need the Notch Card to access to the pool and Fun Zone. We even went there to get more information the second day, and wasn’t inform again. Then when we get the the pool, we can not get in and had to go back to Front desk again.
