Best pizza joint in PDX from my family of pizza snobs lol.Wood fired, so not New Haven style exactly, but pretty darn close for what you'll find in the metro area. What Tim Hartwig doesn't like about Dimo’s Apizza:
great crust, good pizza all in all, NO table service at all, except when your Pie is done they drop it off, but, beverages etc you have to fetch. But the outrageous 20% tip automatic with no service, no dice, Not cool for me to pay wage, give your employees 20% of your earnings on each pie sold, that's called a raise to living expenses.
