Dear Spielman's. Your bagels are good but your policy of toasting bagels by default and not warning your customers is irritating. If the bagel is toasted, the cream cheese should be on the side so the degree of meeting can be controlled. On top of that I ordered the chive cream cheese which was reflected on the receipt.
