we always did this with jimmy johns. before two weeks I had to wait an hour for my eating when there was only one person before us. katrina the cashier and the girl that made our sandwich were extremely rude and slow. we went back today and had the same experience. katrina was very rude and again, got our order wrong. the two girls have looked at us about 20 minutes and laugh.
