"Manager wouldn?t let me place an order inside due to us not having mobile app orders. Drive thru is darn near wrapped around the building with nobody inside. Especially after a long hard day of work. I feel that is such an inconvenience and a way toforce you into using something you don?t desire too. Definitely will be contacting corporate as I?m sure the objective of thebusiness is to make money and provide great customer while doing so. Not turning customers away for not having an app or anmobile or online order. Had to drive over 10 miles to the next restaurant. Very irritated because I usually have greatexperiences as I frequently go here every other day."

"I love this place. Fair prices, delicious and fun food and drinks, and wonderful atmosphere. I come here all the time. I love the grilled cheese with tomato soup. "Please make sure your order is right before exiting the building. The staff members are sometimes in a hurry and will put the wrong found in my bag. For example if I order a combo meal and I’ll order Mac and cheese with it but when I get home I’ll see French fries in my bag. This is a regular occurrence with messing up my food.I love Chick fil A and I eat here often at this location since it’s near my home but y’all have to get customers orders correctly."

"Chicken Pesto sandwich is delicious! They always have yummy pastries, a wide variety of drinks and a quirky shopping shelf with unique things you won’t find anywhere else. Inside sits maybe 20 people maximum and it was packed with folks studying reading and chilling. Cool outdoor area when it’s warm and a few other spots to check out while you’re in Glenwood Park."
