The server was attentive and patient with my indecision. The food arrived quickly, hot, and delicious, except for the hashbrowns which were a bit tepid and not as crispy as desired. This slight flaw cost them a star in my rating. I was also disappointed that they did not have all the different syrup flavors on the table, as they used to in the past. What User doesn't like about Ihop:
If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. My husband and 3-year-old daughter dined here for Valentine's Day and ended up getting food poisoning. All three of us are now sick. I am disgusted by the way they store and prepare their food. We had pancakes, eggs, bacon, toast, and fruit. I do not recommend eating here. This is the worst I have ever felt. View all feedback.
The employee who sat us was not kind at all, but our waitress was amazing. eating was what they expect from ihop, and it came fast.
They advertised they had gluten free pancakes. When I got them, I asked again if they were gluten free. Assured me they were. I have been sick all day. They were NOT gluten free. The girl at the check-in station was more than rude. Not going back
Loved it here, staffs were super awesome and friendly. Even complimented my new tattoo when I was in Hawaii. Would love to come back when I'm in Hawaii again! ?
Lamest Ihop I ever been to. Only maple syrup, nothing else. This is a pancake restaurant. Where is the selection. Every ihop across USA has minimum 3 pancake syrups. Not going here for pancakes.
Ugh, if you wanna pay $4 for coffee then this is your place. I felt the place was overpriced for what we’re used to ihop prices or outside. Hence why the 2 stars. The food was average. We got some breakfast meals. The pancakes were good. Won’t go back here again. Servers were pretty nice but not worth the money.
