Saw this as we were leaving Costco. The reviews were good so we gave it a try and we are so glad we did! We had the Loco Moco, which is beef patties covered in gravy with two eggs on top. It was so flavorful and the portion was big enough that two of us easily split it. My husband had the teriyaki beef, which he really enjoyed. The meat was very tender.
