We went to Sparky’s food truck in Lahaina today so I could try their Loco Moco plate. It was the best Loco Moco I’ve had in years. I have tried Loco Moco all over the island and this was the best I’ve ever had.We will definitely eat here more often. View all feedback.
What Demetris Mayer doesn't like about Sparky's Food Company:
The BBQ chicken was fantastic and the pineapple sausage was decent, but you could say that the corn just came out of a can. I also have my doubts about the origin of their sausages - it's as if they bought it at Costco and stuffed pineapple in it. The BBQ teriyaki bark was overcooked and overly sweet, with large portions, but I spent $30 on food that was probably worth less than $20. View all feedback.
The BBQ chicken was similar to huli huli chicken on the Road to Hana. The staff was friendly. I will definitely return!
Big juicy burger who looks very good. the problem lies in taste or lack there. fries were golden brown. if they don't need a taste than this burger is for them.
