This food truck is delicious! The pad Thai is the best I ever had and I had a lot of Thai food. The Muffalata was also excellent. We also liked the Egyptian role, but prefer packages that use Pita over tortillas. During our second visit we try the Italian hot sandwich and the Beyond Steak Sandwich.
