"OMG one of the best kept secrets on the Big Island. Went to check out the beach and stopped here for lunch. What fabulous scenery on the patio overlooking the ocean, amazing cocktails, the “dirty ulu” was my favourite and ate it too quickly to take a photo. The chef sources local ulu through the coop so this is a treat. The food all around so fresh and delicious. The banana bread was fabulous and I loved the hostess who was so inviting and our waitress was super sweet. Mahalo."

"Location is perfect. Waves breaking below. Service is always good thanks Whit! Food is reliable but two complaints: 1. Papa used to offer specials. For regular diners this is important. Last two visits no specials. 2. Prices I realize inflation is killing everyone but $27 for fish and chips is getting close to hotel/resort pricing ! Thanks for the entertainment every night. Greatly appreciated."

"This morning we had brunch and it was an amazing experience! Richard (the owner) was present and talked to every guest who came to eat. The food was amazing and the views of the ocean are unmatched! Totally recommend adding this to your trip while in Kona!"
