Cold Stone Creamery - Kalamazoo

I rarely feel that every business deserves 5 stars. It was Saturday night and it seemed like everyone decided to grab ice. There were three servers and they did an amazing job. They were fast and friendly. They were polite and patient. I have seen so many people who act as if customers are an inconvenience, so I make it a point to recognize someone who needs time to offer a positive experience.

The staff was amazing. Super disappointed that the blue ice cream is “cotton”. Did not even taste it bc it is simply not blue moon. Blue Moon is a midwest stack and you not only create a blue ice cream and call it anything else, it's like blasphemy in Michigan.

I came in Friday evening (10/8) and I had a really great experience! The staff were extremely enthusiastic and were joking the whole time which made the environment really upbeat. I ordered a birthday cake remix and later ordered online. When I came back for my online order, a dipped waffle cone was missing but when I asked for it, the staff apologized, handled it well, and were extremely respectful with it!! I also love the diversity of the staff, most places I go to are not as diverse. Definitely coming again, great store!

I love this place. Friendly people and great desserts

Not too busy when we first got there, but it was very busy when we were gone. My grandson really liked his cup of ice mixed with all kinds of treats he added to it! Great service. very friendly staff. I'll have to go.
