This place is completely unmatched. I lived in Kzoo and then moved to Grand Rapids. It's literally THEE ONLY thing/place I regret going back. Customer service is also amazing. We made Sweetwater Donuts instead of the traditional cake for our wedding. Instead of paying over a $1000 for cake, we bought a small cake to cut (what $50 itself) from a local place, and then donuts for the guests. The cake was good, but I ate... View all feedback.

Doughnuts are good service not so much.-Update 5/18/23They are no longer 24 hours and so the little appeal they had is gone. Go to Dunkin and get a more consistent donut sweetwaters is done for and should think about their exit strategy.
